AirGo acts as a travel assistance and booking intermediary and does not determine supplier cancellation policies.
2. Cancellation Requests
Customers wishing to cancel a reservation should contact AirGo as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests should include:
- Booking Reference Number
- Full Passenger Name
- Contact Information
- Reason for Cancellation
AirGo will coordinate your request with the appropriate travel supplier.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain travel products may be:
- Non-refundable
- Non-rebookable
- Non-transferable
This commonly applies to:
- Promotional Airline Fares
- Seat Sale Tickets
- Special Promotional Packages
- Certain Hotel Promotions

AirGo cannot guarantee refund approval.

Availability is not guaranteed.

These operational decisions are made solely by the airline.
AirGo will gladly assist customers in understanding available options provided by the airline, including rebooking or refund procedures where applicable.

AirGo shall not be responsible for cancellations or disruptions resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Earthquakes
- Volcanic eruptions
- Government travel restrictions
- Pandemics
- Political unrest
- Airline operational issues
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Supplier policies will continue to apply during such events.

Customers are responsible for:

- Informing AirGo immediately if cancellation or changes are required.
